黑料正能量 invites the public to join it in honoring America鈥檚 veterans and military service members.
The college will hold a ceremony at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9 in Moffatt Auditorium in the Wayne Learning Center (main building) on its Wayne Memorial Drive campus. A reception will follow in the Atrium of the Wayne Learning Center.
Retired Army 1st Sgt. Sylvania Wilkerson Sr., a Purple Heart recipient, will provide the keynote address. Wilkerson will speak about the importance of remembering the service of others.
The college will also host a Military and Partners Expo in the Atrium from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Organizations that provide services to military members, veterans groups, and service branch representatives will set up displays and provide information.
