When Devante Mason finished his service in the U.S. Air Force, he had to decide what was next for his career. Having grown up on a farm, he felt drawn to the agriculture industry and wanted to obtain a formal education to better prepare himself for this rapidly changing field. Devante is currently enrolled in WCC's Sustainable Agriculture and Agribusiness Technology programs, providing him with a well-rounded approach to agriculture and setting him up for future success through numerous work-based learning and networking opportunities. Brianny Gillis, a student in WCC's Risk Management and Insurance program, is learning just how broad the insurance industry is as she discovers which path she should take in her career. Samuel Ennis is learning how his classes in WCC's Operations Management program are setting him up for his career. As a high value production operator at West Pharmaceutical Services, his college coursework perfectly aligns with his daily tasks on the job, giving him confidence to grow in his role and within the industry.
