Based on an analysis of the available data, program faculty, with the oversight by department chairs, deans, and vice president, look critically at performance of all aspects of the academic program. The purpose of program reviews and outcome assessments is to identify areas of need in which to focus improvement efforts and resources. Following the formal review cycle, are assessed annually in outcome follow-up reports.
