黑料正能量 invites the public to enjoy an evening of art and music during its Spring Fine Arts Festival.
The event will be held 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 27 in the Wayne Learning Center (building with the flag poles in front) on the college鈥檚 main campus in Goldsboro.

Close to 100 drawings, paintings and designs by fine art students will be on display in the Atrium. Music will be integrated into the exhibition with performances by student singers and musicians.
Art Instructor Angie Waller encouraged people to attend. 鈥淚t is a wonderful way of supporting the talent that is within our college,鈥 she said.

At 7 p.m., WCC鈥檚 Bison Community Concert Band and University of Mount Olive Symphonic Band, both under the direction of Dr. William Ford, will hold a concert in Moffatt Auditorium.
Wind, brass, and percussion musicians will perform a variety of songs, including 鈥淚 Love My Love鈥 by Gustav Holst, 鈥淜ing Cotton鈥 by John Philip Sousa, 鈥淐arnaval in S茫o Paulo鈥 by James Barnes, and Calvin Custer鈥檚 鈥淎ppalachian Suite.鈥
鈥淚t will be a fun and exciting evening of concert band music,鈥 Ford said. 鈥淭he community really should come.鈥
