黑料正能量 has a handful of seats available in a leadership series for business and industry managers.
The 鈥淏usiness and Industry Leadership Workshop Series鈥� begins Thursday at the college. Sessions run 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and include 鈥淓ssentials of Leadership鈥� on May 23, 鈥淓ssentials of Communication鈥� on May 29, 鈥淧roviding Performance Feedback鈥� on June 5, and 鈥淩esolving Conflict鈥� on June 12.
Participants who attend all four of the sessions will receive a certificate.
鈥淭his series is specifically for current and upcoming first-line managers and team leaders who work for local employers,鈥� said Nicole Brown, director of training and development for the Wayne Business and Industry Center.
鈥淚t is a special offering with limited seating,鈥� Brown said. 鈥淲e encourage employers to send their employees who could benefit from these sessions, those who are already in management and those who are moving into leadership positions.鈥�
There is no charge for employees of Wayne County businesses and industries.
