黑料正能量 has a handful of seats available in a leadership series for business and industry managers.

The 鈥淏usiness and Industry Leadership Workshop Series鈥 begins Thursday at the college. Sessions run 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and include 鈥淓ssentials of Leadership鈥 on May 23, 鈥淓ssentials of Communication鈥 on May 29, 鈥淧roviding Performance Feedback鈥 on June 5, and 鈥淩esolving Conflict鈥 on June 12.

Participants who attend all four of the sessions will receive a certificate.

鈥淭his series is specifically for current and upcoming first-line managers and team leaders who work for local employers,鈥 said Nicole Brown, director of training and development for the Wayne Business and Industry Center.

鈥淚t is a special offering with limited seating,鈥 Brown said. 鈥淲e encourage employers to send their employees who could benefit from these sessions, those who are already in management and those who are moving into leadership positions.鈥

There is no charge for employees of Wayne County businesses and industries.

The Wayne Business and Industry Center at 黑料正能量 offers 鈥渙n time鈥 and 鈥渙n target鈥 training, counseling, education, and technical services to business and industry in Wayne County.
