The Wayne Business and Industry Center鈥檚 Small Business Center has scheduled two virtual seminars by business coach John Formica, best known as the 鈥淓x-Disney Guy.鈥�
鈥淗ow to Create a Magical Customer Experience Especially During Difficult Times!鈥澛� will be held noon-1:30 p.m. on June 23. Formica will address how businesses must learn what customers want and need in order to adapt, re-boot, pivot, and elevate customer experiences in order to survive.
鈥淗ow to Lead a Team During Challenging Times and Change?鈥� is set for 6-7:30 p.m. on June 24. This seminar will help leaders define their roles, develop action plans, communicate effectively, and create a 鈥渨histle while you work鈥� atmosphere to achieve positive results.
Both seminars are offered free of charge.
