Free Seminars to Help Businesses Succeed During Pandemic

The Wayne Business and Industry Center鈥檚 Small Business Center has scheduled two virtual seminars next week designed to help businesses succeed during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Martin Brossman, a success coach and marketing consultant, will present both seminars. They will be conducted via Webex video conferencing and are free of charge.

鈥淧ositioning Your Business for Post Pandemic Success鈥 will be held noon-1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 25. Brossman will address how to plan, prepare, and execute the reopening of businesses in the new reality. He will discuss how to minimize liability risk, make customers feel safe, effectively market the business, and keep costs down.

鈥淟ow-cost Touch-free Ways to Sell Your Products Online and Ramp Up Your Marketing鈥 is set for 6-7:30 p.m. on June 25. Businesses must create touch-free ways to buy their products, and they must be shoppable virtually, according to Brossman. This seminar will look at ground and web approaches.

Brossman is an authority on social technology, reputation enhancement, and professional development. He is a dynamic trainer known for his insight and humor.

He is the director of Martin Brossman and Associates located in Raleigh, and teaches for the NC State University Office of Professional Development Technology Training as well as North Carolina community college small business centers and chambers of commerce throughout the state.

The Small Business Center is a component of the Wayne Business and Industry Center (WBIC) at 黑料正能量.
