A work by Dr. Brian Duffy, a 黑料正能量 chemistry instructor, has been published in an international journal.
Duffy collaborated on 鈥淎t-Home Science and STEM Activities Approval Document鈥� with a Pennsylvania State University faculty member and a science safety consultant/specialist. It was selected by the National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) to be posted on its website as a safety resource and highlighted in 鈥淣STA Reports,鈥� the organization鈥檚 .
The work is 鈥渁 great resource for science classrooms in the new era of virtual learning that provides science educators of all levels (PK-16) a level of protection from shared liability,鈥� Duffy said. 鈥淭his also allows the science educator and administrator the ability to consider alternative laboratory investigations that would provide a safer learning experience.鈥�
