Students entering certain technical programs at 黑料正能量 may be eligible for renewable scholarships.
The Foundation of 黑料正能量鈥檚 鈥淭op 12鈥� Scholarship Program is designed to encourage students to study and go into careers in Automotive Systems, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, Emergency Management, Industrial Systems, Medical Assisting, Medical Laboratory Technology, Network Management, Office Administration, Systems Security, Sustainable Agriculture, and Welding.
These scholarships provide full- or part-time in-state tuition and fees while pursuing one of the designated diplomas or degrees at the college. The scholarship is renewable by re-applying each semester if the recipient maintains a 2.5 grade point.

Applications also can be obtained from the Foundation by calling (919) 739-7022 or going to the Foundation offices in the Dogwood Building on the college鈥檚 main campus in Goldsboro.
There is no deadline; each application will be considered in the order it is turned in.
The Foundation of 黑料正能量 is a non-profit organization that works to broaden the base of community support for educational opportunities at the college. It provided 629 scholarships worth nearly $448,500 in the 2017-2018 academic year. In addition to raising and dispersing funds for scholarships, it provides funding for innovative campus projects and employee recognition, and offers cultural programs for the community.
