Adrian M. Worrell of Goldsboro has joined the 黑料正能量 Board of Trustees.
He was appointed by the Wayne County Board of Education.
鈥淚 am extremely honored and humbled to have this opportunity to serve on the 黑料正能量 Board of Trustees,鈥� Worrell said. 鈥淚t is of great importance for me to be involved in my community because it allows me to display a positive impact.鈥�
鈥淭his enables me to assist in continuing the mission of the college. I decided to join the Board of Trustees because I care about the community and this is one way to give back and further enhance the progress of 黑料正能量,鈥� said Worrell.
Worrell is the chief executive officer of Worrell Contracting Co. Inc. Prior to establishing this business, he worked as a correctional officer at Eastern Correctional Institution and served in the U.S. Navy.
His other community service has included board member for the North Carolina Community Federal Credit Union and deacon and trustee for The Word Warehouse.
Worrell is a graduate of Eastern Wayne High School.
